Qualified Immunity Reform

Did you know that government officials who abuse Americans' rights are shielded from the consequences of their actions?

This is because of a legal doctrine known as qualified immunity (QI).

QI means that you cannot sue a government official, even when they intentionally violate your rights. We believe this is wrong.

You may have heard arguments in favor of resisting qualified immunity reform. If you have any concerns that you would like to raise or any clarity on the issue, please let us known and we will do our best to address your question.
